For those of you not familiar with The Mural Trail, it is a collection of over 50 artworks that adorn walls in all areas of the town.

Painted by local, national and international artists, the artworks are available for all to view free of charge and the project is ever evolving. Curated by Kim von Coels from the Heart of the Tribe Gallery, who has spent many hours making it all happen.

Even if you think you know Glastonbury well, come and pick up a map from the Glastonbury Information Centre and let the map take you on a journey, the chances are there are a few interesting corners of town to discover that haven’t inspired you yet.

Chalice Well is one of Britain’s ancient and most loved holy wells nestling in between the Tor and Chalice Hill.

At the heart of Somerset’s Levels and Moors, lies the Avalon Marshes. An area of international significance enjoyed by all.

18-minute walk from the Centre (0.8 ml)

It is one of the greatest mysteries of the Isle of Avalon that two different healing springs, one touched red with iron, the other white with calcite, should rise within a few feet of each other from the caverns beneath Glastonbury Tor.
