Glastonbury Tribunal is at the heart of Glastonbury’s High Street. Glastonbury Town Council and Glastonbury Antiquarian Society are bringing the stories of Glastonbury’s town and people to life.
Housed in the late 15th-century stone merchant’s house is the Glastonbury Lake Village collection. This collection presents an insight into everyday life in an Iron Age settlement when much of Somerset’s landscape was covered by wetlands.
Tickets are £4 for adults and £2 for ages 5-16 as well as students (upon proof of ID). Members of English Heritage and the Glastonbury Antiquarian Society enter free. The museum is run by Glastonbury Town Council with all proceeds reinvested into the town. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm, except Tuesdays which has a later opening of 12pm to 4pm. The museum is closed Wednesdays. There is a gift shop on-site that is free to enter.
